Everything
fell into place.
They knew
what they loved.
Stephanie and her partner arrived beautifully prepared. They knew what they wanted from their photoshoot and how they hoped to spend the time. It is always a pleasure to work with people who have thought about the photographs they would love to take home.
The place suited them so well. The two of them, the colours, and the feeling of the morning came together, and they were clearly enjoying being there.
They knew what they loved.
Every detail
has a part to play.
I am someone who pays a lot of attention to small things. There are more of them during a photoshoot than you might imagine: a hand, a fold of fabric, what sits behind someone’s shoulder, the way the light falls across a face.
With these two, everything ran smoothly. We had time to notice those details, the photographs had beautiful colour, and the warm thank-you when I delivered them made me very happy.
Every detail has a part to play.
Next time,
Ravello.
Before we finished, we talked about another photoshoot in Ravello, either during this visit or on their next trip. I am always inviting people up there. It is one of my favourite places to photograph.
I would love to continue their story among its gardens and terraces. For now, these are the photographs from a day when the people, the place, and all those little details came together.
Next time, Ravello.
A place. A feeling.
A story that’s yours.
Tell me a little about yourself.
I’ll take care of the light, the places, and the quiet moments in between.
